When we needed a space, Jonathan Barry ociates was there. When we didn’t like the first 50 we saw (we are picky and couldn’t make up our mind exactly what we wanted and where we wanted to be), JBA was there. From Wall Street, to the Village, to Soho, to Midtown and finally to Chelsea, JBA broker Simone Lillian walked the streets by our side. From corporate office suites to funky lofts in brownstone walk-ups, Simone was our guide. She found us the space that we love, had it built to provide the character we were looking for, and sent us a lovely bonsai when we moved i! n (which is doing quite nicely in the wonderful sunlight of our new space). We couldn’t be happier. Hopefully we’ll never have to do this again, but if we do, Jonathan Barry ociates will be there!
